Services
Render and cladding is what we do. At Crowntex Australia we work with builders, developers, and contractors on projects across Australia handling supply, installation and everything in between for all residential and commercial projects.

Heritage Plastering
Specialist plastering for restoration and heritage projects requiring faithfulness to original materials, techniques and finish. Our team has experience working on some of Australia's most significant heritage buildings, including the Royal Exhibition Building in Melbourne, where precision, historical accuracy and a thorough understanding of traditional methods are essential.
Polished Concrete
A smooth, concrete-look finish applied over masonry surfaces and precast panels for both internal and external feature walls. Polished concrete render delivers a contemporary, hard-wearing surface that suits a range of modern residential and commercial design applications without the cost and complexity of poured concrete.

Acrylic Texture Finishes
A versatile and widely used decorative coating applied over render systems to achieve a range of surface profiles and textures. The versatility of acrylic texture lies in the application, the coatings can be worked into a scratch coat, a linear or directional pattern, a randomised rustic effect, or a smooth fine finish, each producing a completely different aesthetic result.
Available in fine, medium and coarse finishes, acrylic texture coatings are durable, weather-resistant and suitable for both residential and commercial exteriors across a broad range of substrates and design specifications.
Venetian Plaster
Venetian plaster is a high-end decorative wall finish applied by hand in thin layers and burnished to a smooth, marble-like surface. We work with a range of specialty lime-based finishes including Venetian plaster, Marmarino and other architectural coatings, each capable of producing a unique depth of colour and texture. A finish that requires genuine skill and craftsmanship to achieve depth and richness.

Microcement
A thin, seamless cement-based coating that can be applied directly over existing surfaces including walls, floor and ceilings. Microcement delivers a contemporary, industrial aesthetic with minimal buildup and no grout lines. What sets it apart is the finish, it can be worked to achieve anything from a smooth, refined surface to a raw and rustic texture, depending on the look required. Durable, seamless and available in a wide range of colours, microcement is an increasingly popular choice for residential and commercial projects across Australia.
Decorative Mouldings
We form and install architectural mouldings including cornices, columns, balustrades and architraves, adding detail and definition to a facade. Each piece is shaped and fitted to suit the style and proportions of the build.

Sand & Cement Render
A traditional and highly durable render system applied over masonry, brick and block substrates, sand and cement render provides a solid, weather-resistant base coat suitable for a wide range of exterior and interior wall applications across residential and commercial projects.
Acrylic Render
A flexible, polymer-based render system widely used across Australian construction. Acrylic render is applied over a range of substrates and delivers a durable, crack-resistant finish that stands up to weather and movement.

White Set Plastering
Also known as hard plaster, white set is an internal wall system that combines a cement render base with a lime finish coat. The result is a smooth, paint-ready surface with a clean, crisp finish.

AAC Cladding (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete)
A lightweight, high-performance wall system, which is precision manufactured and installed to strict structural and fixing requirements. The system offers excellent thermal and acoustic properties and provides a solid, durable substrate ready for render and finish application.Hebel and Nasahi are one of Australia's most recognised AAC wall systems, it is lightweight, fire-resistant and easy to work with on site.
Fireproof Cladding
External cladding systems specified for their fire-resistant properties, increasingly required across commercial and multi-residential construction following changes to the National Construction Code. Our team installs compliant, non-combustible cladding systems to specification, ensuring the building meets current fire safety standards.

EPS Cladding (Expanded Polystyrene)
A lightweight external wall cladding system that is fixed to the external wall substrate and finished with a render and texture coating system, providing a thermally efficient, durable and cost-effective façade solution suitable for a broad range of building types and design requirements.
Exsulite and NRG Greenboard are among the most recognised and widely used EPS cladding systems in Australia. Each is a complete, certified external wall system consisting of an EPS board fixed to the substrate, reinforced with fibreglass mesh and finished with an acrylic render and texture coating.
Fibre Cement Cladding
Fibre cement cladding is one of the most widely specified external wall systems across Australian construction. A blend of cement, sand and cellulose fibre produces a panel that is lightweight, durable and resistant to moisture, fire and rot. Our team installs systems from leading manufacturers including James Hardie and Etex, covering sheet, plank and architectural panel products across a range of profiles and finishes, completed to manufacturer specification on every project.
